Officepulse Technology Private Limited (“Officepulse”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is concerned with the privacy of its users (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your”, “Yourself”) that frequent its website www.openpo.officepulse.in and/or www.officepulse.in and/or www.openpo.in (collectively referred as “Website”).

Most items purchased from sellers listed on “www.openpo.officepulse.in” are returnable provided the return request is within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable product during purchase from the website.

  • It is determined that the product was not damaged while the product is in your possession.
  • the product is not different from what was shipped to you from the seller.
  • the product is returned or picked-up in original condition (original OEM box, intact MRP tags, user manual, warranty card and accessories).

General Returns Policy

Purchased products are returnable within the applicable return time-window if the delivery of such products were received in a physically damaged condition, were received with missing parts or accessories, were received in a defective or different from their description state as mentioned on the product detail page on www.openpo.officepulse.in.

As per the company’s “Return and Refund Policy”, the Returns will be processed only if:

  • It is determined that the product was not damaged while the product is in your possession.
  • the product is not different from what was shipped to you from the seller.
  • the product is returned or picked-up in original condition (original OEM box, intact MRP tags, user manual, warranty card and accessories).

Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, wherein if the return policy does not apply in the products purchased. Such products will be marked as “non-returnable” at the product details page. Users are suggested to check the return policy on the product prior to the purchase.

A replacement may also be provided to the user, provided an identical product is available at the stock. Product replacement rights are reserved by the Officepulse and in case where a replacement is not possible, the company will be providing refunds.

Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 10 days from the delivery of the product.
